How To Get Rid Of Migraine Pain?

Iam sijeeva, age 38, weight 60. I am in AP, Ihave migrane from three years. when it starts, have nozia vomitings motions. It is unbearable.Now it continues two days. Every month before period time it will come. please help me. In summer season it is more difficult. some body told homeo is the best remedy.

do you take any medication to relieve the headache? in my opinion you need a prophylactic agent for migraine . among tryptomer or propanolol you can choose a medication. it will really help you a lot
