i have been diagnosed with eczema. It has wen on for more than 4 years. Last 12 months I have some relief but skin problems come and go. I feel almost constant discomfort on the left side of my lower abdomen. I also have some neurological problems that seem to get better when I take multi vitamins.
Hi, Thanks for writing to us. Eczema is best managed by keeping the skin well hydrated. For the same, use a mild cleanser and moisturise your body twice in a day( for eg cetaphil cleanser and moisturiser). If eczema is too severe, one should use an oral and/or topical steroid along with oral antihistamines like cetrizine. Once eczema is controlled, keep your body adequately moisturised. Hope this helped. Take care
