How To Get Rid Of Nasal Mucous?

age 71. 53 kilo.health good except last 2 years lots of clear mucus in my throat,and last 3 months ./I have had 2 chest infections, the 1st one severe and the 2nd one not as bad but with a nosebleed upon blowing my nose. also how can i prevent the clear mucus which is with me permanently

Hi Thank for asking to HCM.
Hi , as per your clinical history it appears as you are having post nasal discharge.
You need to do Diagnostic nasal endoscopy to know reason for mucous discharge .
Meanwhile Steam Inhalation , Saline nasal drop , mucolytic & Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Leukotriene antagonists Montelukast combination .
If you don’t get relief , ENT examination & investigation become essential.
