How To Get Rid Of Pain In My Back, Leg And Buttocks?

I fell and I think I have thrown my back out. I am experiencing pain in my lower back and down my left leg . I would like to see a Chiropractor. This happened Friday evening. I took a muscle relaxer and the pain subsided quite a bit. I can get around fair, but the pain in mu buttocks and left leg, and lower back seems to be nerve related.
