I have arthritis swelling, a tear in complete tear in the supraspatus tendon, My range of motion is within normal limits per the PT, I have had the pain for 15 months. I have gone to an orthopedic who did not recommend surgery. I am tired of the daily pain. I am not sure if pain due to the arthritis, tear, or inflammation. What do I do next? What are my options
