How To Get Rid Of Pain Post Surgery For Wrist Injury?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I had a TFCC tear at work, crush injury of my wrist. Had surgery - deburiment about 2 1/2 years ago and still experience pain and instability in my wrist. Is it ever heal 100% ??? Please advise.
