For over 8 weeks my feet have been sore from wearing high heels and my shin. But last night when I got up to my daughter my shin hurt really bad when I walked on it. It still hurt once I got back into bed. This morning I looked at it and it s got a big lump which is really really tender to touch. Should I be worried

That can be a boil or a hematoma...start on antibiotics and painkillers and show it to a surgeon for a proper clinical evaluation...
