sir, i have one one wound on mouth of anus, three days before, this is very painful, and i dont know to whom or which dr i consult, during sitting it very painfull, i heistate to ask any soluntion or medice, to some one, kindly help me or suggest me the medicine of this, i use pentids 400 but its not working

You may be sufering from anal fissure which causes painful defaecation and blood in stools. You can use sitz bath by stting in a tub of lukewarm water for 15 mins twice daily which wll reduce pain and inflammation.In additionifyou have constipation a laxative like creamaffin will help A roctologist or generalsurgeon will be theright specialist
