Can you please help, how or what can I use to get rid of it???
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pigmentation all over the body mainly around leg which is mainly due to abundance of sebaceous glands in these areas and clogging of skin pores. It could be due to hair follicle infection as well. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to start with application of clindamycin gel on these areas. Wash your skin 2-3 times a day with mild soap and warm water to prevent the accumulation of oil ,dust and bacteria on your skin. Apply vitamin E oil at night. Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil and apply them on scars. Drink plenty of water. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and go for micro-peeling and dermabrasion. You can apply aloe vera gel on them as well. Don't use any cosmetics and hard substances.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
