How To Get Rid Of Pimple Scars?

Is it possible for reducing pimples of small zits of sebum as well as post pimple scars by ayurveda treatment?for the last 2days i am using garnier pure active neem facewash.i felt better,is this be recommended or stop to use it.and further i tried using neem leaves pack.

Welcome to healthcaremagic. i read your query and understood your concern.

Its seems like you have grade I acne vulgaris and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation

Instead of neem facewash, I'd suggest you to use a salicylic acid based facewash instead. Apply tretinoin 0.025 % all over the face at night, and depigmenting agent like kojic acid over the dark marks.
Apply gel based sunscreen during day time. Decrease intake of milk based products.
Avoid any oil based foundations and comedogenic cream / powders.
