Hi,

As per your query you have pimples and dark spots on the top part of the vagina which is mainly because of heat rash leading to folliculitis.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to start with topical application of Saslic DS you should use regularly and gel containing clindamycin in the morning and benzoyl peroxide at night time. You should visit dermatologist once and get yourself examined. Start treatment after a thorough examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
