How To Get Rid Of Pimples On My Right Cheek?

I have been getting pimples only on a small area on my right cheek all of a sudden. I have no history of acne except the one occasional one in a year. My diet is fairly healthy and I dont drink or smoke and I exercise everyday. Now apart from the pimples, there are acne scars too. Can you recommend a topical treatment for them and an anti scar or scar reducing treatment and how I can use both in combination or is there one product to meet both ends?

Hello,

Welcome to healthcare magic.

Acne is due to adolescent hormones and you will continue to have it till that hormonal influence is over. You have not mentioned your age.

Wash your face with a pH balanced face wash, preferably a one containing 1-2% salicylic acid. You may apply a gel containing clindamycin 1% in the morning over pimples and Benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel at night over pimple prone areas. Get these prescribed by your doctor.

Once new pimples stop marks will go in a months time.So treating the active pimples is the best way of treating pimple marks as well.

Hope this helps.

Take care.
