How To Get Rid Of Possessiveness And Angriness?

possessiveness and doubting character is that part of psychiatric problems. I become very short tempered now. Get hyper very frequently and now started showing my anger to everyone. Please suggest me how can i get rid of these stuffs. ....Is this symptoms are common in the human being.

Anger and possesiveness are normal human characters. They only become disorder when they cause disruption in your activities of daily living. If you describe your sympyoms in detail, the problem would be better dealt with.
