How To Get Rid Of Rash On Buttocks?

Hi I have a problem for the past 6 months my butt have been itching and when I look I see there s a little crack with some rash . I taught I wasn t drying it properly so I start being more carefull but its still there and it hurts a lot 2 when I sit. What can I use to get rid of this rash its really getting me angy

Hi,

This rash sounds uncomfortable. Without seeing the rash, it is quite hard to diagnose. If the rash is between your buttocks (in the crack), it may be intertrigo or yeast. If the rash is on the cheek of the buttock, it may be dermatitis of some sort (like eczema). You could try over the counter Clotrimazole and hydrocortisone. If these don't help, seeing a medical professional for an evaluation would help as you could get a physical exam.
