Hello,

I can understand your concern for rashes in inner thigh and scrotum area. It appears to me fungal infection of the area.

In my patients with your kind of problem I suggest them to maintain good hygiene and to reduce the sweating of the area by antifungal powders and creams.
You have been suggested the correct treatment by your treating doctor you should continue the same for atleast 2 weeks of period. If at all condition is not resolved then you can ask your doctor to add and antifungal tablets.

Try to maintain the best hygiene to reduce recurrence of fungal infection. Wear cotton clothes and cotten undergarments to reduce sweating.
My all best wishes for the early recovery.
