How To Get Rid Of Rashes On Body?

Our son is 19. Over a week ago he developed a rash that moves to different places on his body. We took him to the ER they gave him a steroid shot and a steroid pack that he started the next morning. He finished the pack on Friday and the rash is no better. Suggestions would be helpful? Thanks

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is urticaria. Urticaria is a disorder characterised by multiple erythematous lesions present all over the body.Topical soothing lotions like calamine lotion can be used along with oral antihistamines like fexofenadine. Avoid fermented food and foods containing artificial fragrances as they are known to induce urticaria. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy.
