How To Get Rid Of Red Pimples Between Legs?

Hi there, I have tiny red pimples between my legs (mainly on thigh). I believe they were caused by friction as I jog a lot and sweat. However, I wanted to make sure. Some have white heads, while others are just small and red. Do you recommend anything to help get rid of them? I live in Toronto, Canada. Thanks, Jason

Hi,

Try to avoid friction between the thighs by wearing a tight slippery material cycling shorts type of stuff while jogging. Also, use a starch based talcum powder like Clotrimazole with starch powder. You can use Clotrimazole powder with starch if you don't get any without Clotrimazole in it.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
