How To Get Rid Of Red Skin On Right Temple?

Hey there, I have red skin on my right temple for about 4 months now and it's really frustrating me, I've tried moisturizer cream but none of it seems to work too well, only makes it fade slightly but it's still really visible, been putting on the cream 2-3 times daily for about 2+ weeks now.

The reddening doesn't itch or feel dry or pop up, it's simply just red. Any ideas of what I should do? I've tried stronger creams like DermAid Soft 0.5% but I don't think that did anything too

I really appreciate your concern this could be hyper sensitive reaction of the skin if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine,
1) Diphenhydramine lotion (Apply this on affected part three time in day)
2) Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day for 10 days
