How To Get Rid Of Rhinosinusitis?

hello doctor, i am very much worried about my mother. she is suffering from arthritis and parpura since last year now she is suffering from rhino sinusitis. please help me...the parpura comes and go after 5days but it is still there in her body.how to get rid out of it or how to prevent this, her platelets remains 25lakhs.she is 58 years old and a housewife. please recommend me a good doctor in Asia Nepal.thanks

Do blood total eosinofil count and serum IGE , CT scan of paranasal sinuses. There are different management of different diagnosis. Hopefully most of the cases have good result. consult after investigations.
