How To Get Rid Of Roundworm Parasite?

I have been treated for round worm parrasite with albendazol 400 mf. Per day for 5 days . It s been 8 days and I have only had two bowel movements. I have tried 3 different laxatives . And am very bloated. Went to emergency room had parrasite extradite from my finger. I could see it moving . What will make me get the parrasite kill off out of my body ? Thank You
