How To Get Rid Of Running And Itching Nose?

Hello Sir/Madam.

Thank you for your services.
I am 18 years old male.From the past 5 months I am experiencing runny itchy nose with white liquid.I went to doctor but he said, it is Pollen allergy and recommended to stay away from things like trees,Pet and Dust.He gave me some tablets and nasal spray which helped as far as I use it.

Although I don not keep pet and stay away from Trees,Dust, I am still being disturbed by this allergy.I would be very happy if you can please give me some tips on how to over come this problem permanently.

Hi, thanks for your query.
You have pollen allergy.
Avoidance of the allergen is the best treatment.
Steroid nasal spray and antihistamines are the next line of treatment which u have tried.
Next line of treatment for permanent cure is immunotherapy or allergy vaccines.
These are allergy shots which are given to desensitise the body against the allergens.
These have very good result for aero allergy like dust and pollen allergy.
You can discuss this with your doctor and decide.
