How To Get Rid Of Scars On Face?

Hi im a Marine and im stationed in Missouri right now, my face has been breaking out a lot lately due to training and ive tried many things to clear up but nothing seems to work. I mainly have scars and I was seeing if theres anything you can do to help, thank you!

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain breakouts on face are generally due to pimples and can occur due to causes like Oily skin,Clogged pores,Hormonal Imbalances,Bacterial infection,Inflammation,Excess sun exposure etc.

On the other hand scars/holes are left when the pimples are deep and aggressive..
Scars are of different types like:
-Boxcar scars.
-Waterpik scars.
-Rolling border type.

Treatment is not completely done with topical medications and you might need certain chair side techniques depending upon type of scars like Microdermabrasion, microneedling,excision with elevation, dermal rollers, Fractional CO2 lazers etc depending upon the scar type..
You can start applying silicone gel over the scars..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle face scrub.
