How To Get Rid Of Skin Darkening And Itching?

hi, i am suffering from skin allergy for past 6 months. The allergy is on particular part of my hands. There my skin become black and feel itching some times..not always.
Already i visited skin specialist and he suggested me to follow some medicine. Only that particular time it was gone. And again itching started when medice course is completed.
Pelase suggest me what to do ?

Hi,

It seems that probably you may be having lichen simplex chronicus. Due to continuos scratching such type of lesion occurs. It may be due to contact allergens. Try to find out responsible allergens. Stress and tension can be responsible factors. Kindly have relaxation. Avoid soap during bath.

I would suggest..

- steroid cream or tacrolimus oint
- antihistaminics
- Anxiolytic
- intradermal steroid injection
