How To Get Rid Of Small Bump On The Lower Lip?

I have a small black bump on my lower lip, it is hard, feels like a pebble under the surface. It is on the right top of my lower lip. I have had it for many years and it has not gotten any bigger. What sort of Doctor do I need to see in order to have it removed?

Hi,

Small black bump on lower lip may be mole or nevocytic nevus. The lesion may be elevated blackish and tough. It is harmless benign condition and may be kept untreated. You consult dermatologist. After thorough examination and investigation,he may decide what to do. If it is embarassing,he might excise and do electrocautery under local anaesthesia. It might be alright after healing. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
