Hello,

I can understand your concern for spots on hand. I can get from your history that these spots are present since long time and now spreading to face and other areas. In such kind of condition it is difficult to give a pin point diagnosis of the clinical entity.

The spots can be related to a lichenoid eruption or granulamatous condition of the skin and requires though examination along with skin biopsy. In my patients I generally examine the area and then go for the skin biopsy to diagnose the exact entity. I suggest you to meet a dermatologist and get yourself examined for the exact cause and then treatment of the spots.
Take care.
