How To Get Rid Of Spots On Inner Thighs And Armpit?

My daughter is 4 years old. She has pimple like spots on her bum and inner thighs! They are not itchy. She had one pimple like spot under her arm pit too. We have not changed soaps or laundry detergent. She does not have a fever. She had her chicken pox vaccine. The spots have been there for about 2 1/2 weeks. What should I do?
