Hi Sir, Since i am using CLOP-GM Neo 15g cream from past 3 yrs. I started this due to sun burn. But when i stop using thing for 3 or 4 days again i am getting some small bubbles on my face. can you please let me know is there any harm by applying this cream to face. Because i want to quit of using this. Please suggest me
Hi. As per your case history of of face rashes, my treatment advice is - 1. Stop applying clop-gm cream on face. It contains clobetasaol which is potent steroid and cause rashes and thinning of skin. 2. There will be a withdrawal reaction on skin since you are using it for 3 years. 3. So avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30. 4. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on face. 5. Other treatment options are oral vitamin c, doxycyline and topical clindamycin given only after consulting a dermatologist.
