How To Get Rid Of Swollen Lymph Nodes?

I have had swollen lymph nodes for quite a few days now. I havnt felt sick or anything not normal. what is the quickest way to get them to go down? mine is becoming very uncomfortable. also i just had a medical abortion yesterday, could my swollen glands affect my recovery at all?
