How To Get Rid Of The Hand Tremors?

Hi, I am 25 year age male. I have got a lean body. My hand nerves are visible most of the time. Another problem:for the last 2 years, I am suffering from hand tremors. It will become more prominent while engaging with people (tensed situation). Otherwise it is ok. How I can get rid of this? It is eating my career.
