How To Get Rid Of The Lump Inside The Right Side Of The Neck?

I have a golfball sized lump inside the right side of my neck. I have developed some spots that have crusty heads at the back of my hairline also they havent went away for about a month. Im also tired and either feeling really hot ot really cold. Please help.
