How To Get Rid Of The Pain Of My Bow Leg?

I am 26 years old I weigh 177 pounds i am 5'5! I have a bow leg and it has always hurt me but nothing that I couldnt stand! Now the pain is constant and will not stop. Cannot get an appointment with my doctor for a few days. Will the er be able to give me some pain meds? I just cannot take the pain anymore.
