How To Get Rid Of The Problem Of Having Fast Heart Beat While Standing And Shortness Of Breath?

Hello! I have been having quite an issue lately with my heart and blood pressure. It seems that my if stand or move at all my heart starts beating really fast. I also run out of breath quickly. This just comes back randomly at different times. I seek assistance figuring out what this is and how to get rid of it. Just as a side note I recently started using protein powder for bulking up. I'm 15 years old and I try to regularly exercise but this issue is holding me back.

Dear Friend
It seems you are having palpitations.
At your age , palpitations can be because of smoking , alcohol, any drugs , excessive tea coffee , and also can be due to some structural heart disease.

I advice you to take a opinion from your doctor , a physical examination and history will rule out the things , and if required , your doctor will get your ECG , ECHO , Blood tests.

Stay Healthy.
