How To Get Rid Of The Swelling In Ankles Caused By Norvasc?

I just started bloodpressure medicaton - Norvasc - and am experiencing swollen ankles and feet as a side affect. I am working with my physician to adjust the dosage, but is there something you can suggest to make the swelling go away, or so I will be more comfortable?
