How To Get Rid Of The White Patches On The Sore Throat?
Hi, I had a bad sore throat about three weeks ago with white cauliflower patches on one side . I took antibiotics for a week and the sore throat went away but not all the white patches. Now the white patches have returned without the pain but my gland is slightly enlarged. I have read about lichen planus. Should I go back to the dr? Thank you.

its unlikely to be lichen.
white patches indicate infection.
do not worry, do warm salt water gargling 5 times daily , drink lots of warm fluids and do not use air conditioning.
if you do not feel better in the next few days then see a doctor.
