How To Get Rid Of Tiny Dark Spots On Tongue ?

Hi , i have been having tiny dark spots on my tongue since i was small and it's just on the front side of my tongue , whenever i used to go to the doctor and he checks my tongue , he wasn't concerned about it , but i want to know if i can get rid of them ?

IF SOMEBODY ASKS U WHY I HAV 5 FINGERS IN MY HAND AND HOW TO GET RID OF THEM, WHAT WOULD U ANSWER. THESE TINY DARK SPOTS ON UR TONGUE R AS NORMAL AS 5 FINGERS IN UR HAND. NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT THEM. THEY R NOT GOING TO HARM U EVER.
