Hello Dr. i knew that my husband use to chew chani khani tobacco but i m sure that he has started taking it's overdose as the sudden changes in him are shivering body parts, lack to concentate, restlessness, sleepy etc.... Please confirm me about my doubts. and let me know what should i do?

The symptoms that you have described are more likely to be due to use of any other substance rather than due to excessive use of chaini khaini. In my opinion, you should talk to your husband and discuss your fears in detail. If he refuses to tell you, keep an eye on him and if possible, ask your elders in the family to intervene.
