hi Doc Im already 8 weeks pregnant I've took cytotec 8 pills vaginally and 4 orally since thursday and now is 7 days later i did'nt have any bleeding still...what do I need to do Im here in the place where abortion is not allowed. hope you can help me thank you

Looks like the medications failed to act.
Now you are nine weeks pregnant.
I would suggest you to travel to the country where abortion is legal and have D & C.
If this is not possible for whatever reasons, you may repeat the cytotec as you have no other choice. There is high possibility that it will fail.
If it acts since you have advanced in pregnancy, you may have severe bleeding. If so you must go to emergency treatment.
