How To Get Rid Of Vaginismus?

Hi! I m 37 but believe it or not I am still intact. I have a boyfriend now, we ve been going out for 9 weeks and it is getting serious. My issue is, each time he attempts to penetrate me, I get so nervous and I can feel the tensions in my virginal area. I believe I suffer vaginismus . I really want to have a proper sex with him but I couldn t help having this reaction. Please help me. Thank you. Layne
