How To Get Rid Of White Dry Skin Around Neck And Chest Area?
Hi I get white skin around my neck and chest area. But when I scratch it gets worset meaning than I can see more white kind of dry skin. I had this for maybe 5yrs know. Is there any best solutions to get rid of it. It even got in my wife s skin from me.

I will like to know whether you have dry skin overall?
Do you get recurrent cough and cold?
Do you have any respiratory illness or family history of asthma?
For extremely dry skin, you can apply lots of moisturizers over semi wet body after bath.
