How To Get Rid Of White Spot Like At The Base Of The Penis?

i am a 22 year old male and have been worrying about these little white spot type things at the base of my penis on the unserside / scrotum . i have had them for about 3 years. if squeezed they pop out what would looks the same as a black head spot on the face... pleace could u tell me any answers about how to get rid of these with out having to go to my local gp. i am clean shower twice or more a day and always wash well so i dont think it is anyhting to do with hygiene... please help.
