How To Get Rid Of White Spots And Pimples On Face?

hi im priya i am using melacae cream for past four years and my skin was so soft and tuned fair now if i stop using it my fave turns dark and i see small pimples all around my face and there are some white spots on my face could u please suggest a good cream whithout any sideeffect also i dont want to lose my colour.

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern.


Thanks for your query . Well melacare is cream containing heavy ingredients like steroids . This cream is not recommend to use for more then a month . Usually people use such creams containing steroids without prescription for long time . And become victim of 'STEROID ABUSE'.

Steroid in long run damage the skin , patches ,pimples start appearing and peeling of skin also start . It work good initially but not in long run.

I would suggest you to :-

- To immediately stop using this cream .

- Use cream containing' KOJIC ACID ' which is very effective and safe for long use . Apply it twice daily.

- scrub your skin once a week.

- Also use aloe vera cream at night to repair the damage .

If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist for proper evaluation . Doctor may prescribe anti allergic drug and recommend laser technique for discoloration.
