Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that you have got
hyperpigmentation of lips secondary to continuous exposure and irritationof the lips with heat and smoke along with chemicals present in the smoke leading to post inflammatory hyperpigmentation due to excessive melanin production as a protective phenomena of the body..
The first thing that you have to keep in mind is that you can not improve the colour of your lips without stopping smoking as it is otherwise also harmful and can even lead to
lung cancer..
Once you stop smoking you can start applying creams containing
Kojic acid,
glycolic acid and arbutin over the lips..
Apply
Vitamin E and C containing gels..
You can also apply SPF 15 containing lip balm when you are exposed to sun..
You can exfoliate your skin with a gentle scrub as well as you can also use natural ingredients like rubbing the lips gently with a piece of lemon with sprinkling some salt over it..
Applying honey can also improve colour..
Do cool compresses over lips as it helps in improving blood flow..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
