How To Get Rid Off Black Itchy Patch On Back?

hi there, recently i ve been experiencing an itchy back no matter what i do. I am starting to notice a darker patch right in the middle of my back where it is the most prone to itchiness. What is it? and what can I do to stop this and lighten my skin color back.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having fungal infection on your back.
Apply anti-fungal cream or lotion on local part.
Take Cetrizine or Benadryl for itching.
If require go for one oral anti-fungal tablet course like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
