Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

As you are getting these jock itches frequently you need to practice some self care measures. The fungus are known to reside and develop in wet and moist area. The pubic area is one of the most common sit of fungal infection.

As you are getting these infections regularly your doctor has prescribed some topical antifungal cream to apply locally. The antifungal cream like ketaconazole will helps to improve the condition.

In addition to aforementioned treatment I would suggest you to follow
1.Keep the area dry and clean
2.Oral antifungal drugs once a week for two months.
3.Oral antihistamines.
Thank you.
