How To Get Rid Off Red Bumps On Wrist?

Seven small, slightly red bumps are on my wrist. They have been there for two weeks now without improving, though originally they itched and they no longer itch. Tonight, I was able to pop one, and a small amount of white pus came out, similar to popping a small pimple. What is it?

Hi,

You have seven small elevated lesions on the wrist. It seems that you might have developed follicultis. It is an infection of hair follicles. Initially there is erythematous papules followed by pustules due to secondary bacterial infection. You consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Oral antibiotics with anti inflammatory drugs may be taken for few weeks. Antibiotic cream might enhance the the result. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
