How To Get Rid Off Sun Tan On Face And Hands?

Hello Doc, i am 22years old and am very much to sun, I developed a 3rd degree tan 4 year back and I never gained back my complexion in areas of my face & hands, is it advisable to consult a dermatoligist? I'm a kind of paranoid with the dermatoligist whether they will make my condition more worse, please help

Hi,
Thanks for posting the query,
Apply sunscreen of spf 30 daily when you get exposed to sun.
Take plenty of fluids which are rich in vitamin C like lemons oranges.
Consume a cup of milk daily with saffron.
