How To Get Rid Off The Headaches?

my daughter has been having a constant migraine for 6 weeks now. no meds really work and i am thinkin it might be from the depo shot. if she does have a hormonal imbalance or if its from the depo shot , how long will it take for the headahes to go away.

Yes, you are right.
Hormonal imbalance can cause headache which is not responding to any drugs.
So better to get done hormone levels to rule out hormonal imbalance.
If imbalance is there then she will need antidote.
Usually effect of depo shot remains for 4-5 months. So if there is excess of hormone then she should take antidote after consulting gynecologist.
Along with these, certain lifestyle modifications can also be helpful in relieving headache.
SSo tell your daughter to follow these modifications.
1. Avoid excessive sun exposure. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid junk food.
2. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
3. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm
4. Take combination of Propranolol and flunarizine at night time before bed.
Don't worry, she will be alright.
