How To Get Sensation Back In Paralyzed Leg?

patient name: somesam age:65 weight:60, height:5'-7'', color: white, sir, my father(somesam) got paralysis in 2009 october, he lost his touch sensation of his left hand leg or total left side, we joined him in hyd-mahavir hospital, after 8 days we brought him to house, daily he did physio therapy, after 3 months he started walking, he daily takes bp medicines, but visited many english and ayurvedic doctors for his sensation problem, all are saying it is not possible to get sensation, but giving some medicines to try, but now he can walk move freely, only thing he wants sensation, please answer my question sir
