i've diabetics for the last ten more years. now my joints are affected due to this. now i can't freely to do anything with my hands just like raising or folding or lifting something. what can i do for these? my sugar level is not under my contro. it is just more than something

Dear user, high blood sugar does affect joints. first step - control sugars by right treatment. second step - control complications like neuropathy. third step - take preventive measures like supplemental calcium, multivitamin. let me know your exact prescription, exact lab reports. may be i can help. regards!
