How To Get The Blood Sugar In Control For The Surgery?

iam a diabetic patient suffering from hysterectomy since seven months . my gynaechologist had advised for a surgery within a period of six months . As i am diabetic my sugar is high and i am unable to bring it in control. i have already undergone four major surgeries earlier. i am blessed with two children now. kindly suggest me please.
